To Bid on vehicles you must be a registered user of the MashaMoto Auction Network. If you are not a member already you can sign up for a free account by clicking here.

After logging in customers can browse over 200,000 vehicles for sale each week through our Auction Network. Customers can now also browse the Dealer Stock section which contains vehicles available for immediate purchase in a 'Buy it Now' style format (no Bidding).

When you are ready to start bidding on vehicles available on our network we require a deposit of £650 for vehicles with a market value of £9,999 or under and a £1,000 deposit for vehicles with a market value of £10,000 and over. This deposit is required per vehicle unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our management department.

Your deposit is fully refundable should you decide to opt out of our service.

The MashaMoto Customer Services department confirms customer deposits and notifies customers of auction results on a daily basis.

It is very important when making a deposit into our account that you place your name in the Reference Section so we can help keep track of your payment.

When Bidding on vehicles you are given the option to include notes. Please enter any relevant information into this box such as "only bid if ...." or "do not bid if ....".



Unless requested so by the customer any vehicle which does not match up to the auction sheet will not be bidded on nor will any car found with mechanical/transmission defects.

If you wish to purchase vehicles which require repair please state so within the notes section with a statement such as " I am aware there is an apparent mechanical fault with the vehicle however i am happy to bid."

After bids and deposits are confirmed our MashaMoto Representitives inspect and bid on vehicles at the auctions. There are at least 2 MashaMoto representitives at each auction house on a daily basis.

When the auction is complete results are processed and you will receive notification of the result of your bid(s). These are usually sent by the end of the business day.



When you make a successful bid and win a vehicle your deposit(s) can either be deducted from the balance outstanding or held so you can bid on further vehicles without interuption to your service.

All vehicles purchased should be paid for within 7 days of the successful bid date.
