1. Before you bid.
Before bidding you must have an account on the MashaMoto Auction network website. A minimum deposit of £650 is required to activated bidding on your account.
This deposit can be used as initial payment towards vehicles or held on file as so you can continue bidding.
Any bids placed without prior deposit will be disregarded.
2.Placing Bids on MashaMoto Auctions
Once your deposit has cleared in our account you can then start bidding.
Once you have found the vehicle(s) you desire you can then bid.
3.Auction sheet translations
All customers with a cleared deposit are entitled to unlimited auction sheet translations
4.At the auction
At the auction house all vehicles are inspected against the condition stated on the vehicle auction sheet to confirm their condition. Any vehicles found in a not as described condition will not be bidded on unless requested otherwise by the purchaser in advance by using the bid notes section on the bidding screen.
5.After the auction
If a bid is successful the purchase price at auction will be forwarded to the purchaser along with all FOB, C&F or CIF fees associated with.
If a bid is unsuccessful the results of the auction are sent to the bidder along with a reason for non purchase. Vehicles successfully purchased are transported to our export terminal where additional photographs are taken as well as a pre export inspection, all details of which are supplied to the successful purchaser. Should there be any significant issues found with the vehicle which were not mentioned in the auction sheet we can return the vehicle to the auction house without any cost to either party.
Please ensure when collecting your vehicle that you inspect the vehicle thoroughly to satisfy yourself of its condition and that it is in an as described state. If you find any discrepancies with your vehicle please contact us immediately and do not take the vehicle away with you. Once collected we can not assume any responsibility for the vehicle and its condition.
All successful purchases are usually shipped 7-14 days after purchase however this may vary depending on shipping schedules, documentation processing times & vehicle payment clearance times.
Please note certain times of year are busier than others so shipment availability may vary. MashaMoto UK Ltd is not responsible in anyway for delays caused by shipping schedules or space availability.
6.Payment
The following 2 payment options are available to all customers.
Option 1
50% of the total FOB, C&F or CIF price is due within 7 days of purchase.
The remaining 50% is required 10 days in advance of the vehicle landing in your chosen port. (There is a 2% surcharge of the amount outstanding for using this service.) Documentation will not be released until full payment has been made.
Option 2
100% of the total FOB, C&F or CIF price is due within 7 days of purchase. Once vehicle is on vessel all documentation is released immediately.
Customers who select this service receive a £15 discount from total purchase price.
Because any vehicle purchased through MashaMoto Auction Network is not part of the MashaMoto vehicle stock and is specifically bought on behalf of the purchaser, late payments, failure to pay or cancellation will result in a penalty which could lead to the forfeiture of your deposit.
